ORGANIZATION

The GCSF team consists of the board of directors, headquarters and in-country staff and voluntourists. This team collaborates on identifying needs and developing programs to meet those needs.



The in-country staff

  • Liaises with the local communities

  • Manages the day-to-day implementation of the programs

  • Ensures that financial and technical specifications are met

  • Monitors program effectiveness

  • Evaluates and provides feed-back to headquarters

  • Ensure compliance with donor financial and technical reporting, auditing and other legal requirements

Dung is GCSF's official Viet Nam representative in Hanoi. Dung manages all of the GCSF projects throughout Viet Nam. She received an MBA in the U.S. before returning home to work for GCSF. Uyen works in the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs. For GCSF, she liaises with the Fatherland Front, the Women's Union and other provincial groups. Both Dung and Uyen have an excellent command of English and are critical in the successes of GCSF Viet Nam projects.
